Job Title : Project Estimator

Job Location : South Boston

Salary : $90k-$140k

Requirements : 3 Years Experience with estimating / preconstruction

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prepare a detailed estimate by completing quantity take-offs, analysis, estimate input, and studies
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
  • Create budgets, reports, and develop bids
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Meet bid deadlines and participate in meetings with clients
  • Answer questions from project management team

What You Need for this Position

3 years of experience within construction

  • Estimating / Bidding / Preconstruction experience
  • Experienced with using Estimating Softwares (Hard Bid, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Must be well organized with an emphasis on time management
